Terms
The agreement, plainly.
These terms cover how you and Solene work together. They’re written to be readable, not to hide things. If something is unclear, write to hello@solene.love and we’ll either clarify or fix it.
1 · Who I am
Solene is a private matchmaker operated by Solene, Inc. When this document says “I” or “Solene,” I mean that company. When it says “you,” I mean the person reading it as a member or applicant.
2 · What I do
I conduct a voice interview, write a private notebook from what you say, derive an 8-territory shape from that notebook, and use that shape plus a language-model judge to propose a small number of compatible members. When both you and another member consent to be introduced, I open a private channel between you. I do not arrange dates; I introduce.
3 · Membership and billing
Membership tiers and their introduction counts are listed on the pricing section of the home page. Billing is monthly or annual, taken at the start of each billing period. You can pause membership any time from Settings; paused months are not billed but no refund is owed for the active month you pause in.
If you cancel, your data remains available for 30 days for re-activation, then is deleted in line with the Privacy policy.
4 · Acceptable use
You agree not to use Solene to:
- Impersonate another person, including using their photos.
- Solicit, harass, or transmit unwanted sexual content to other members. Our moderation layer flags messages it thinks might cross this line; repeated flags result in suspension.
- Spam, sell, or recruit members for unrelated services.
- Misrepresent your identity in the application or the interview. Solene runs every applicant through a third-party identity verification step (government-grade ID plus a live selfie matched to the document) before any introduction is made. Fraudulent submissions are rejected automatically and may result in permanent suspension.
- Probe or attack the service’s infrastructure, the underlying models, or other members’ accounts.
Violations may result in suspension or termination. I’ll tell you why and refund any prepaid time you didn’t use.
5 · What I don’t promise
Solene is a careful matchmaker, not a guarantee. I do not promise a specific number of compatible matches, a relationship outcome, or any particular response from another member. The introductions are mine to propose; the relationship is yours to grow.
Solene is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, I disclaim all warranties not expressly stated here. Liability for any claim arising from your use of Solene is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
6 · Your content, my use of it
Your interview, your notebook, your messages · these belong to you. By using the service you give Solene the rights necessary to host, process, and display them to you and (in the case of introductions you accept) the other member I propose. I do not sell your content, I do not use it to train models, and I do not feed your audio or your notebook into any third party beyond the operational processors named in the Privacy policy.
7 · Changes
I may update these terms when the service changes meaningfully. Active members are notified through the product. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page changes when the substance of the agreement changes. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
8 · Termination
You may stop using Solene at any time. Sign out and start over from Settings clears your local data; emailing privacy@solene.love removes any durable data within 30 days.
I may terminate or suspend access for serious or repeated violations of the acceptable-use rules above, or for inactivity beyond 18 months. If I do, I’ll explain why and refund any prepaid time you didn’t use.
9 · Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be brought in a state or federal court located in Delaware.
